Sue the toy makers!

"Toy Recalls May Push 'Medical Monitoring' Debate"

Should families be allowed to sue toy makers and others before their children show any kind of injury?" -wsj

Of course they should. There is no way a company should be aloud to get away with putting so many children in danger. Even if it wasn't intentional. They still have to have assume responsibility for the danger they have put so many children in. For once I'd like a company, to not have to be sued. They should instead volunteer payments to the families who children who were hurt by their products. I doubt this will happen.

Yeah unfortunately their lawyers will never let them do that. My boys had lead tests after the thomas recall and the company would not pay for them.

That is so wrong. THEY need to be held accountable. I think the best chance would be a class action law suite. That has to be in the works, lets keep an ear out for it.
